About

My name is Adam Steiner and I am a science researcher who thinks that science really needs a hand being translated from the bench to the public.

After many months of thinking about this, I finally decided that it was time to start a science website that really looks at the effect science has on day to day living. There are some really cool things that often are neglected just because of crazy science jargon or someone, somewhere deems the science to be ‘not public friendly’. I hope to change that. The blog will continually evolve and most science stories will have links to peer reviewed research and popular science summaries just for the extra-curious.

My background is in physics (BS), psychology (BS) and neuroscience (PhD), but rest assured I will most definitely cover all aspects of science. Though I imagine most of the focus at the start will be on the emerging field of Neuro Law – how neuroscience is changing or understanding of human nature and the implementation, practice and formation of law.
